Shipping & Returns
We mainly ship via Canada Post, unless different arrangements have been made via email. You will receive your tracking number by mail. The arrival dates displayed by the software are approximate and do not necessarily reflect the actual arrival date of your order. If your shipment is missing or damaged during transport, please contact us by email.
We accept money orders, cheque, PayPal transfers, credit cards, debit-credit cards, bank transfers, and Interac (in person only, for example at Christmas Markets)
Manufacturing lead time
When your payment is received, your order enters our manufacturing chain. Although we strive to ship your package within a short lead time of 2 to 4 days, a high volume of orders may modify this lead time. Be assured that your products are carefully made as quickly as possible.
No returns are accepted, except in the case of a material defect of a wellness tool with an electric box. If such a case should occur, please contact us by email and we will repair the device free of charge (transport included) in the first year of purchase. If, for any products purchased from Quebec Orgone, an unfortunate break occurs accidentally or after the first year, please contact us by email for details of our complete repair service.
